Job Title: Direct Officer (DO)

 Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Mandatory).

• Fresher’s with interest in outbound sales may apply.

• Preferred: Background in Banking / Customer Service.

• Basic knowledge of Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, etc.

• Strong Sales and Convincing skills.

• Languages must known: English, Hindi, Telugu, Odia (Mandatory)

Salary Structure:

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote Banking Products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).

• Achieve Monthly sales targets.

• Address customer queries professionally.

• Maintain Polite, Effective communication.

• Convert leads into customers with Good Persuasion skills.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: 09 AM – 06:30 PM (09 hours/day, 01-hour break).

• Workweek: Monday to Saturday (2nd/4th Saturdays off, Sunday holiday).

• Location: Work from Office.

• Transport: 2-way transport from key locations (e.g., Mehdipatnam, Secundrabad, Bandlaguda, Balanagar, Nizampet).
