Job Title: Sales Officer – AHF (Affordable Housing Finance)
Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.
CTC Range: Up to ₹3.80 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Generate leads via marketing activities and cold calls.
- Convert branch-provided leads into business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly productivity and loan disbursement goals.
- Maintain a quality Housing Loan portfolio.
- Customer Engagement:
- Promote products through field visits and brochures.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Documentation:
- Ensure complete and accurate loan documentation.
- Collect at least two references from each login customer.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR).
- Work closely with branch teams to achieve sales targets.
