CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Associate

Job Title: CRM Associate

Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.

 CTC Range: ₹ 2.5  – ₹ 4.0 Lakhs Per Annum (varies based on experience)

 

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Specification).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service/CRM & Fresher’s with strong communication are welcome.
  • Skills: Strong communication, Customer Focus, CRM tool knowledge, Multitasking.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing concerns promptly.
    • Share updates, product info, and promotions proactively.
  2. Query Resolution:
    • Handle queries via phone, email, or chat and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints/issues.
  3. Retention & Loyalty:
    • Monitor satisfaction and implement retention strategies.
    • Collect feedback through surveys to improve experiences.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
    • Analyze customer trends through reports.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work with sales and marketing to enhance acquisition and retention.
    • Provide insights to refine offerings and campaigns.
