Sales Officer – AHF (Affordable Housing Finance)

Job Title:  Sales Officer – AHF (Affordable Housing Finance)

Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.

CTC Range: Up to ₹3.80 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Generate leads via marketing activities and cold calls.
    • Convert branch-provided leads into business opportunities.
  1. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet monthly productivity and loan disbursement goals.
    • Maintain a quality Housing Loan portfolio.

  2. Customer Engagement:

    • Promote products through field visits and brochures.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  3. Documentation:

    • Ensure complete and accurate loan documentation.
    • Collect at least two references from each login customer.

  4. Reporting & Coordination:
    • Maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR).
    • Work closely with branch teams to achieve sales targets.
