Job Title: BPO Associate
Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.
CTC Range: ₹ 1.8 Lakhs – ₹ 2.50 Lakhs Per Annum (varies based on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate Qualification; Graduates (Any Specification).
- Experience: Freshers (or) 6 Months – 2 Years in BPO / Customer service.
- Skills:
Excellent communication (English/Regional Languages).
Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Problem-solving, Decision-Making, and Sales skills (If applicable)

- Work Hours: 09:45 AM to 06:30 PM, 06 Working Days

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.

- Problem Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complaints or escalate complex issues for resolution.

- Sales & Targets (If Applicable):
- Pitch products/services to customers and achieve assigned monthly targets.

- Documentation & Reporting:
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system and generate performance reports.
