Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.
CTC Range: ₹ 1.8 Lakhs – ₹ 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum (Varies based on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Fresher or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to Identify Trends, Competitor Analysis, and Potential growth areas.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales and activity reports for management review.
