Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.

CTC Range: ₹ 1.8 Lakhs – ₹ 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum (Varies based on experience)

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Fresher or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and networking events.
    • Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.

  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

  3. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to Identify Trends, Competitor Analysis, and Potential growth areas.
    • Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market dynamics.

  4. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular sales and activity reports for management review.
