CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Associate
Job Title: CRM Associate
Location: Erragadda, ESI Metro Station, Hyderabad.
CTC Range: ₹ 2.5 – ₹ 4.0 Lakhs Per Annum (varies based on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Specification).
- Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service/CRM & Fresher’s with strong communication are welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication, Customer Focus, CRM tool knowledge, Multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing concerns promptly.
- Share updates, product info, and promotions proactively.
- Query Resolution:
- Handle queries via phone, email, or chat and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints/issues.
- Retention & Loyalty:
- Monitor satisfaction and implement retention strategies.
- Collect feedback through surveys to improve experiences.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Analyze customer trends through reports.
- Collaboration:
- Work with sales and marketing to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Provide insights to refine offerings and campaigns.
