Job Title: Entry Level & Internships
Location: ESI Metro Station, Erragadda Road, Hyderabad.

 

          CTC Range: ₹ 1.8 Lakhs – ₹ 2.50 Lakhs Per Annum (varies based on experience)

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate Qualification; Graduates (Any Specification).

  • Experience: Freshers (or) 6 Months – 2 Years in BPO / Customer service.

  • Skills:

    1. Excellent communication (English/Regional Languages).
    2.
    Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
    3. Problem-solving, Decision-Making, and Sales skills (If applicable)

  • Work Hours: 09:45 AM to 06:30 PM, 06  Working Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.

  2. Problem Resolution:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complaints or escalate complex issues for resolution.

  3. Sales & Targets (If Applicable):

    • Pitch products/services to customers and achieve assigned monthly targets.

  4. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Record customer interactions in the CRM system and generate performance reports.
