Experience: 1-3 Years in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Financial Services, Loans, or FMCG preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Identify potential customers through market research, cold calls, and field visits.
    • Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  2. Marketing Activities:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
    • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners to create brand awareness.
    • Conduct market visits and participate in local events to promote the company’s offerings.
    • Identify new opportunities and markets for business growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to the reporting manager.
    • Ensure proper documentation for product sales and adhere to company policies.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
    • Suggest new marketing and sales approaches to management based on market insights.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments like customer service and operations to ensure smooth processes.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales and marketing goals.
