Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify potential customers through market research, cold calls, and field visits.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners to create brand awareness.
- Conduct market visits and participate in local events to promote the company’s offerings.
- Identify new opportunities and markets for business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper documentation for product sales and adhere to company policies.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Suggest new marketing and sales approaches to management based on market insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments like customer service and operations to ensure smooth processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales and marketing goals.
